1、 Performance and characteristics

This product is a high effective dispersant for many kinds of pigments. It is widely used in paper industry. Its dispersing effect is better than that of dc-40, which is equivalent to that of imported similar products. It can be used not only for the dispersion of individual pigments, but also for the dispersion of mixed pigments.

This product has good heat resistance, mutual solubility and high dispersibility. After dispersing, it has stable viscosity, less foam, no poison, no corrosion and no special smell.

4、 Usage:




The product does not need to be diluted. It is directly added into the pigment to be dispersed. The dosage is 0.3-1.5% of the pigment.




5、 Packaging and precautions




1. The dispersant is packed in plastic drum with net weight of 250kg. Other packages can also be used according to the needs of users.




2. The storage temperature is 5 ~ 30 ℃, and the shelf life is 12 months.




3. If the storage temperature of the product is too low, a small amount of crystal will appear at the bottom, which will not affect the dispersion effect after dissolving.
